Shoveling Raking

Woburn Volunteers for Seniors is excited for its second and final leaf raking event this Saturday, November 23. We are hoping to get to 9 seniors homes! We are still looking for 5-10 more volunteers to ensure that we are able to serve each senior that we have identified as being in need. This is an excellent opportunity for students to earn community service hours and a great way to spend a morning with your family and/or friends. Volunteers should meet at The Senior Center which is located at 144 School Street in Woburn at 10 AM.

Youth Shoveling

We are seeking volunteers to help rake leaves and shovel snow for Woburn residents in need. For the past several years we have worked along side the Woburn Senior Center to identify people in need and match them with volunteers across Woburn. We are working to find some matches again this year. If you are able to volunteer this year to rake leaves or shovel out a senior in a neighborhood near you, please click here email Jenna and she will work to match you with someone that is in need.
